HOW TO CURE INSOMNIA

Insomnia meaning : habitual sleeplessness; inability to sleep.


1Avoid caffeine 

- taking caffeine will cause difficulty in sleeping and increase your heart rate

2. Do plenty of exercise during the day

- it will drain your energy and you will fall asleep quickly at night.

3. Make sure the room is dark and set a suitable temperature for the room

- it will give a comfortable situation and ease you to fall asleep

4. Do sleep after a warm bath or shower before bed

- to provide comfort and release stress from work.

5. Avoid playing phone or laptop before sleep

- it will distract you from sleeping and you do not realize a lot of time has passed. Remember you need to get enough sleep to start a new day tomorrow.


When you are in bed >> close your eyes and avoid thinking about work or other problems. Control your breathing and to muslim you can recite prayer or zikir.





I also suffer from insomnia and this way works effectively , i hope this few ways can help all of you to cure insomnia , bye !
