5 steps to be happy
Hello guys,
My post today is about happiness, i really hope you all enjoy my writing. For me, happiness are feeling that makes one feel free and carefree. Happiness also make a person's life better, Here are 5 easy steps to become a happy person :
#1 LOVE YOURSELF
→ To be someone happy we must love ourselves. This is very important because no one will love us more than ourselves. So, love yourself will make you very happy. Trust me. We also need to understand ourselves so we always make wise choices in all things
#2 STOP WORRYING
→ Do not worry about all the things that can destroy your happiness, maybe you can sleep for a while and go on holiday to free your mind. For me, I will read a book that can take me to my own world and this way is quite effective for me. So you need to find a way to make you forget about the things that worry you.
#3 BE KIND
→ Be someone who likes to do help others. I know it is not easy to be a good person but we can keep trying. We can start with small things such as helping parents with house chores. Remember, small changes can lead to something big. Always be kind to everyone and never let your heart full of hatred. Set in your mind that being kind is for your inner peace not to impress other people.
#4 BE POSITIVE IN YOUR LIFE
→ Be positive in every situation. Invite others to do good like do some charity (even smiling is a charity) surround yourself with positive minded people so there's no distraction. When you think positively you will see everything with a positive outlook. It is not easy to be positive but as long as you keep trying, nothing can stop you.

#5 APPRECIATE ALL THINGS
→ Appreciate the things that happen in your life whether its good or bad there must be a reason behind it. Familiarize yourself with the word 'thank you', maybe this is a small thing but I believe, it will leads to a person feeling valued. Bad things that happen might be as a lesson to you. Dont stress yourself too much, take it easy on everything guys :)
